Faces of Health™
Dr. Blied’s comprehensive assessment was, without question, one of the best decisions we have ever made for our family. For years, we tried our very best to understand a beloved member of our family. Dr. Blied was the first and only person who discovered the missing piece that was essential to understanding our situation. Her assessment provided clarity, answers, and—most importantly—real, practical solutions. We wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Dr. Blied.
My experience with Dr. Blied was absolutely wonderful! I was incredibly nervous before and during the evaluation process, and she was always kind and considerate when I would express these feelings. Her communication via phone, email, and text were always easy to understand, direct, and frequent, which removed any uncertainty and worry, from my end of the process. Her clear passion for her work and extensive knowledge was very reassuring as we went through the testing and interview processes, and helped me know that I was working with the right person. She never made me feel any negativity during the process, and has helped me feel more confident and proud of who I am, and helped me see and understand myself more clearly than I ever have. Thank you, Dr. Blied!!!
My initial impression of Dr. Blied from our first meeting was how intelligent, thorough, and caring she appeared. After having her assess my daughter, she is all that and more. Her demeanor is exemplary – she is direct, detailed, patient, supportive, and kind. Words can’t describe how happy and pleased I am with our experience. Highest recommendation.
I recently had the opportunity to be evaluated by Dr. Blied with assessments for ADHD and Autism as an adult. I wholeheartedly endorse her services. Dr. Blied has unique ability to make you feel like you’ve known her a long time and feel comfortable sharing thoughts and concerns about potential diagnoses…In summary, Dr. Blied is outstanding. She genuinely prioritizes the well-being of her patients. If you are seeking a thorough assessment and a nurturing experience, I strongly recommend making an appointment.
Dr. Blied was a joy to work with. She really took the time to help us understand how to best support our daughter by simplifying the process, answering all of our questions, and being very thorough in her evaluation. If you are thinking of having your child assessed, I highly recommend Dr. Blied’s services.
Dr. Blied was truly such a help in this entire process. From the start, she was helpful in explaining each step of the process. During my appointments, I felt very safe and was comfortable. Before the testing, she asked me questions to get to know me! I never felt she treated my differently, even if I didn’t understand the first time. She went above and beyond to make sure I received proper care, and she would encourage me to do things as well. Absolutely appreciate her and everything she did for me<3
Dr. Blied is awesome! When I initially reached out through Psychology Today, she responded within 24 hours. She has been very quick and thorough with her communication. And fast to respond… She is warm, she is real, she is very competent in what she does, and very personable. It’s evident that she cares about people and that she wants to help others. It took less than a month from emailing about [testing] services to getting results. I wish she had room in her schedule to be my counselor. Maybe one day – a man can only dream… Thank you Dr. Blied for your help!
Dr. Blied is nothing short of amazing! She is responsive, took the time to answer all my questions and really made me feel good about getting my son assessed for ADHD. She is even helping me after the assessment getting in touch with good therapists and prescribers and more than enough information needed for me to help my son succeed. Thank you so much Dr. Blied!
Dr. Blied is not only a phenomenal and brilliant psychologist, she is also an incredibly compassionate and warm human being. Having both high-standard professional and personal qualities sets her apart from many mental health providers out there. Her clinical approach is thorough while at the same time ensuring a safe, comfortable, and validating experience for her patients. I am very fortunate to know and be known by Dr. Blied. Among many others, I highly recommend her services.
Dr. Blied was an amazing resource, incredibly professional therapist and is someone I would highly recommend! I was only a client of hers for a little under a year, but I experienced so much growth in such a short amount of time and attribute much of it to Dr. Blied.
Dr. Blied has been the best psychologist! She has been specifically instrumental in helping me with my journey with chronic illness. Her understanding and provision of effective tools has been a game changer for me in my health journey. She is extremely knowledgeable and educates me as well. She is an invaluable asset in my body, spirit, and mind health! Couldn’t recommend her more!
Before this group EF issues were all just sort of a blob, pulling them apart into 8 sections and breaking them down was very revelatory for me.
Having the group was super helpful! The tools [from this group] are invaluable.
There was really interesting and thought-provoking conversation regarding executive functioning and neurodivergence and how each of us operates, navigates our respective lives and situations. I was relieved at how relatable our individual symptoms of dysfunction were. I gained a lot of confidence as well as tools as we went through each topic and applied what we learned within the group to our circumstances. What I found really helpful was when we would each share a little bit about our own lives and how we go about problem-solving. I found Dr. Blied to be incredibly present, grounding, fun/silly, approachable and experienced. I found her assistant to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am deeply grateful I was able to be a part of this experience. Thank you again!!
I found Dr. Blied’s Executive Function super helpful and insightful. I feel empowered to use the tools we discussed in the course in my daily life. The course was designed to be easily digestible and accessible. The class was a great way to reinforce my current knowledge and habits, but also was an opportunity to learn new tips and tricks to add in my EF. I also found it super enjoyable to have a sense of community for the duration of the course and not feel so alone. I would recommend this course to anyone who feels like they need help with EF!
Dr. Blied is a truly outstanding clinician and a gem in the world of psychological assessment! Her expertise in working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating chronic illness is matched by her genuine warmth, compassion, and approachable nature. I proudly refer clients to her knowing they’ll be met with kindness, deep understanding, and top-tier care. She brings clarity and comfort to those who need it most—an invaluable resource in our field!

ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mood Disorders & Giftedness Evaluations
My assessments are designed to help clients and families better understand how the brain works — while identifying practical supports, meaningful accommodations, and each person’s unique strengths.
Culturally Responsive
Evaluations are designed with attention to culture, identity, lived experience, masking, and the ways neurodivergence can present differently across individuals and communities.
Strengths-Based
Assessment is not just about identifying what is difficult. I also identify intellectual strengths, creativity, insight, problem-solving abilities, and the ways a person’s brain works well.
Comprehensive
Evaluations examine attention, executive functioning, memory, processing speed, learning, mood, behavior, social-emotional functioning, and more — helping clarify what is actually going on beneath the surface.
ADHD Evaluation
Comprehensive assessment for inattentive, hyperactive, and combined-type ADHD in children, teens, and adults — including executive functioning, working memory, processing speed, attention regulation, and real-world functioning.
Autism Spectrum Evaluation
Autism evaluations for children and adults, including high-masking, late-diagnosed, intellectually gifted, AFAB, and non-stereotypical presentations. Assessment focuses on the full neurodivergent profile — not outdated stereotypes.
Learning Disabilities Assessment
Psychoeducational testing to identify dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and other learning differences — with practical recommendations for school, college, work, accommodations, and everyday functioning.
Giftedness & 2e Profiles
Assessment for intellectually gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) individuals whose strengths may mask ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, or emotional challenges — or whose struggles may mask giftedness.
Payment & Scholarships
CareCredit accepted with 6- and 12-month, zero-interest payment plans for qualified clients.
Jonathan Foundation scholarships are available for qualifying families seeking psychoeducational assessment services.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Brainspotting Therapist · Health Coach · Faith & Spiritual Integration Specialist · Adjunct Professor of Psychology
A Psychologist Who Gets It — Personally & Professionally
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Brainspotting therapist, Health Coach, wife, and mother of three. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary School of Psychology, with specialty training in the integration of faith and spirituality with psychological practice. I also hold a master’s degree in Christian Leadership to complement my work helping people living with chronic illnesses reclaim purpose.
In 2012, I was diagnosed with systemic lupus (SLE) and fibromyalgia — while working clinically with individuals living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic medical conditions. That experience transformed how I understand health. I know firsthand the confusion, grief, and questions that follow a life-altering diagnosis — and I bring that lived understanding into every session.
I integrate mindfulness, HRV biofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices into individualized care. I take a culturally responsive, strengths-affirming approach — because there are many Faces of Health™, and I want to help you discover yours.
