Bring Clinically Grounded Skills Training to Your Organization—Built for Neurodivergence, Chronic Illness, and Stress

Structured, neuroscience-informed training and a free daily-practice app that help employees and students build real-world skills for stress management, executive functioning, and follow-through.
There is a quiet reality many employees and students are living with:
“I’m overwhelmed. I’m trying hard. I want to function well—but the tools I’ve been given do not translate into daily life.”
Faces of Health exists to interrupt that cycle.
We help organizations support people impacted by neurodivergence, chronic illness, and stress with tools that are brief, actionable, and built for real-world use. In just a few minutes a day, individuals begin to:
- Feel more supported in their mind and body
- Reduce the impact of stress on attention, energy, and follow-through
- Re-engage with work, school, and daily life with greater consistency
This is the value we help organizations deliver—at scale.
Why Faces of Health Was Created
Faces of Health was not built from theory alone.
It was built at the intersection of clinical expertise, lived experience, and a clear market gap: most organizations are offered either generic wellness content or much heavier clinical solutions, while the people most impacted by neurodivergence, chronic illness, and chronic stress are still left without practical tools that truly fit daily life.
As a neurodivergent African American clinical health psychologist living with chronic illness, I bring both professional training and personal insight into realities that many individuals navigate every day—especially those whose experiences sit at the intersection of stress, health, executive functioning, and systems not designed with them in mind.
Across my clinical work, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: people were given information, but not systems that supported follow-through.
Faces of Health was created to change that.
By translating neuroscience and evidence-based care into brief, practical tools, we help individuals move from awareness to action—and help organizations offer support that is more specific, more usable, and more likely to create lasting change.
People do not sustain what they are not meaningfully supported in.
Most programs rely on motivation alone.
Faces of Health is designed to support follow-through—not just sign-ups, log-ins, or one-time awareness.

The Gaps Organizations Are Trying to Solve
Neurodivergence Support Gaps
Many organizations want to support ADHD and Autism, but lack practical, evidence-based tools that translate into daily functioning, communication, and follow-through.
Chronic Illness Support Gaps
Employees and students living with chronic illness are often expected to keep performing without systems that account for pain, fatigue, fluctuating capacity, and the executive functioning impact of ongoing health stress.
Chronic Stress and Burnout
Stress affects attention, memory, decision-making, and health. Most solutions still rely on awareness alone, rather than helping people build repeatable skills they can use in real life.

Why This Work Matters
There are people who have stepped back from parts of life they care deeply about.
Not because they are unmotivated—
but because they are overwhelmed, unsupported, exhausted, or trying to function within systems that were not built for how they live and work.
They do not need more information alone.
They need practical tools that work in real life.
Faces of Health was built to meet them there—
and to help organizations support them in ways that create meaningful, measurable change.
